I just recently handled a Federal DUI that occurred at the Federal park on Assateague Island. Although the result was good, the big take away was at the Federal level, there is no-such thing as probation before judgement. It also should be noted that if you refuse to take the breath test at the police station you will be charged with a separate charge of not taking the breath test and that penalty can be up to 6 months in jail.
